- 1 LBS thinly sliced marbled beef or pork
- 4 EA garlic (minced)
- 1 TBS ginger
- 2 EA green onion
- Warm oil and butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in onion and garlic and cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Stir in curry powder, garam masala, ginger, cumin, and salt
- cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring
- stir in tomatoes, yogurt, and chickpeas
- Simmer 5 min
